The Mod. VILLA cutter thanks to the hydraulic group has a higher power which helps to make a great production. Cut with diamond disc, in the hard areas it regulates itself and continues cutting. Once the machine is started, no operator is needed. It moves along the tracks and at the end of the cut automatically stops and warns with an acoustic signal. Cutting machine for marble, stone, granite ... ... designed and manufactured to measure at the request of our client. Being manufacturers we adapt to your needs. In this case we manufacture a two-disk machine for our client who cuts stone from Sant Vicens.
Characteristics to be highlighted: Fixed bridge on steel structure. 2 Heads Discs with independent Motors of 36 Cv. With variable speed. They can work together or separately. Disk without limit (it is manufactured on request). Table with conveyor belt with rubber coating and reducer motor of 2 Cv. Electrical panel according to "CE" regulations.
IMPLEMENT FOR EXCAVATORS - HYDRAULIC DISC ENGINE
A new way of cutting in quarries by attaching to your excavator, either wheels or chains, this implement equipped with a direct drive motor that rotates the disc. It can be used in a thousand ways to cut blocks, cut in the same quarry ..... thanks to an optional accessory you can clean walls and cut both horizontally and vertically.
